STRUCTURED FLEXIBILITY
Every team member owns their work and therefore structures their workday autonomously. At the same time, no one is left behind: If you need help, we spontaneously solve problems hands-on together. On a more strategic level, we coordinate our efforts with a few recurring events:
- DAILY MEETING
The common touchpoint in the morning where we coordinate specific tasks if collaboration is needed.
- COFFEE BREAK
Strictly work-free zone! The regular (virtual) coffee break is one of our means to keep the team spirit strong.
- SPRINT MANAGEMENT
We structure our work with agile sprints of three weeks. Grooming, planning and retros are scheduled well ahead to have a predictable workflow.
