A DAY AT ERIUM

ERIUM ENABLED
STRUCTURED FLEXIBILITY

Every team member owns their work and therefore structures their workday autonomously. At the same time, no one is left behind: If you need help, we spontaneously solve problems hands-on together. On a more strategic level, we coordinate our efforts with a few recurring events:

  • DAILY MEETING
The common touchpoint in the morning where we coordinate specific tasks if collaboration is needed.
  • COFFEE BREAK
Strictly work-free zone! The regular (virtual) coffee break is one of our means to keep the team spirit strong.
  • SPRINT MANAGEMENT
We structure our work with agile sprints of three weeks. Grooming, planning and retros are scheduled well ahead to have a predictable workflow.

LET'S GET STARTED

THE NEXT STEPS

  • Apply directly using the linked application form. In your cover letter of no more than 300 words, explain why you want to work at Erium.

  • We will review your application within a few days and invite you to a personal initial interview (about 30 minutes) with Theo, one of our founders.

  • You will solve a small challenge (approx. 2-3 hours) and have the opportunity to get to know other team members with whom you discuss your solution.

  • We enter contract negotiations together, defining your specific role and the interfaces to the other team members based on your profile.
